Body Combat

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories** along the way. This high-energy martialarts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

Class Duration: 60 Minutes

Mat Pilates

A low impact Fat Burning Class incorporating various aerobic moves and combinations. This great cardiovascular workout will get your heart rate up and get rid of those not-so-loved love handles.

Class Duration: 30 Minutes

2PHASE

The Class is a combination of weight training with cardio and alternate bursts of intense anaerobic exercise with short recovery periods to keep the heart-rate elevated throughout the workout.

Class Duration: 45 Minutes

Abs Blitz

ABS BLITZ is an intense 30 minute abdominal workout which uses many techniques. It is suitable for all fitness types.

Shred

Shred is a 45 minute high intensity, fun and effective interval/circuit workout. You will shred fat,define muscle, rev up your metabolism and transform the look of your entire physique and dramatically enhance your overall health and athletic performance.

Bodypump

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
